Damn, we ran out of beer money. We tried to sell the Vidroc on the corner. "For Sale, one ICBM." I thought we'd go to jail for this one. You should of seen the people driving by.  This is the first "dry-fit" of the rocket.

Here are both tubes in  final configuration. This is how the rocket will come apart with one, large parachute for each section. Note the electronics bay door cut and framed.

After much discussion about how to mount the electronics, I decided to keep it simple. I mounted two pieces of wood between the bulk heads and then mounted a piece of metal with rubber stand-offs. The electronics will mount to the metal plate, and I can quickly remove them by removing the four bolts of the plate.

This is the upper section of the electronics bay. Here you can see the metal pipe that holds the ejection charge. This metal pipe simple screws into the bulk head via a metal flange on the other side of the bulk head.
