Here is me grinding down the screws that hold the body tube to the bulkeads before applying the second 6oz layer of fiberglass.

Here is the "jig" that we use to work on the rocket in the shop. We hung it up using tow straps. Check out the fin alignment!

While hanging in the jig, I applied fiberglass both over the body tube and the fins.

Here is my brother, Charles Pretto TRA# 7553, assisting in the second layer of glass. It sure was nice to have a 70 degree day so that the glassing could be done outside.
